Group Buy Policy

A Group Buy (GB) is a type of crowd funding. Products in group buy do not necessarily exist before payments are collected. 

Typically these orders must reach a minimum amount before manufacturing can start.  In general, once the GB period ends, production will begin. 

Group Buys from AceKeyboard.co are not cancellable nor refundable. The exclusion being if the GB does not reach MOQ (minimum order quantity).

If the item(s) that you receive are not up to our quality standards we reserve the right to refund or replace a GB order in part or in full.

By ordering item(s) in this format you confirm understanding that the products may be subject to delivery delays and changes to the final product after payments are collected.
